Mr. Scatterday, a former mayor and city council member, was interviewed by the Lakewood Historical Society. In addition to his experience in local politics, Scatterday discusses his family's lumber business, his experiences during World War II, his work with the Historical Society, and changes to Lakewood businesses and shopping centers over the years.
